June 29 Drain All School Picnic at the Drain Civic Center 10:00 am.  Held each year on the last Sunday in June.
May 27-June 6 City Wide Clean Up

Fireworks & Rodeo in Yoncalla
July 26 and 27 North Douglas County Fair 2007 at the  Drain Civic Center.    "Old fashioned county fair in the historic timber community of Drain."  Past events have included a carnival, queen's coronation, pie auction on Saturday, arts and crafts exhibits, live entertainment, merchants drawing
August 9 15th Annual City-Wide Yard Sale at the Civic Center Park.  Saturday from 7:00 am.  Sponsored by Drain Chamber of Commerce.  information is 541-836-7505
Nov. Drain Annual Craft & Gift Fair.  9am to 4 pm
   
December 5 Community Christmas Celebration:  Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.  6 pm  in the Drain Civic Center.
 December Craft & Collectable Show in the Civic Center - Pancake Breakfast 7 am to 11 am. Sponsored by the North Douglas County Fair Board
Dec Christmas Lighting Contest sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce
